Job Details

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our manufacturing operations. Your contribution will be critical in optimizing production processes and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing project planning and execution from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and streamline production processes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to ensure timely project progress.
  • Help develop project documentation, reports, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, ideally within the plastics manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing processes is a plus.
