At Prime Robotics, we’re looking for a Jr. Sales Engineer to join our team and help customers unlock the full potential of advanced robotics.

As part of the Sales Engineering team at Prime Robotics, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of warehouse automation. You’ll work directly with our clients to understand their operational challenges and design tailored robotic solutions to improve productivity. A Day in the Life

• Become an expert on Prime Robotics’ product line and sales process within your first 60 days.
• Work with another sales engineer in technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to propose customized automation solutions.
• Draft technical drawings in AutoCAD and lead the creation of robot traffic simulations.
• Automate aspects of the sales engineering process that are currently manual with Python (or similar).
• Engage with potential customers across warehouse automation, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• You have a technical background and enjoy tackling complex problems with practical solutions.
• You’re motivated by helping customers improve their operations and achieve tangible results.
• You’re excited about working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where your contributions make a noticeable difference.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Ability to script and automate manual processes to improve efficiency. Solid working knowledge of at least one programming language is a must. Python preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to material handling systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of engineering principles and concepts related to material handling systems and processes.
• Project management skills to effectively plan and execute material handling projects within given timelines.
• Completion of professional or personal projects that involved automating tedious manual processes.

This is an in-office role.

The Salary: $60,000 – 85,000, depending on demonstrable skills
