Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, client-focused Landscape Designer to craft stunning outdoor-living environments and guide clients from concept through contract. This role blends design expertise with consultative sales to deliver projects that reflect our brand’s quality, precision, and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in landscape or pool design (residential preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture REQUIRED (Master's preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Pool Studio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong presentation and client-consulting skills.
• Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with BuilderTrend and Aspire CRM is a plus.
• A creative eye paired with solid technical and budget awareness.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with new and referred clients to understand vision, style, and budget.
• Create design concepts and detailed construction plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp/Pool Studio, and Adobe tools.
• Present designs, refine proposals, and align scope with client budgets.
• Partner with estimating to ensure accurate pricing and value-engineered solutions.
• Prepare contracts, submit permits, and guide clients through approval and handoff.
• Maintain active communication during pre-construction and design phases.
• Update all client and project details in Aspire and BuilderTrend.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.
