Job Title: Lead Python Full Stack Developer (Python, TypeScript)
Location: 100% remote (willingness to travel for key visits once/month)
Employment Type: Direct-hire
Compensation: $155,000 (based on experience) plus annual bonus

SUMMARY:
Sr Full Stack Developer will be skilled in hands-on development and some system architecture, this individual will serve as the lead for a small team. Senior Full Stack Developer will bring expertise in full-stack development and architecture, database administration (DBA), cloud technologies (AWS, S3, and microservices), and agile development practices, ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with exposure to startup environments or fast-paced, iterative development teams.
• Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Flask).
• Experience in Python development (web and data related).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with microservices design, implementation, and management.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL or other relational databases, including DBA responsibilities.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker preferred).
• Expertise in agile development methodologies.

• Experience mentoring and leading junior developers.
• Ability to provide technical direction and enforce best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Polished communication and strong articulation abilities to present to Leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements; welcomes ambiguity.
