Environmental Law Firm Legal Assistant

Excellent opportunity to work closely with our attorneys and clients. This position is flexible for the right person. Looking for someone who likes to help people and contribute to the team and the common goals of our firm. The office is located within walking distance of hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, gyms, yoga studios, medical offices, a library, and other amenities. We are located in Rancho Palos Verdes, part of the award-winning Palos Verdes Peninsula School District. Our employees are eligible to enroll students in the District and we are located within minutes of excellent elementary, middle, and high schools.

This can be a Hybrid position and does not require FT in office presence.

• Proofreading and Writing experience
• Exhibits of filing
• Paralegal work
• Document review, labeling
• Motions and Pleadings
• Proof of service
• Environmental firm legal work
• Litigation
