Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Remote Counseling Role in California
We are a growing virtual private practice offering a supportive space for therapists to do meaningful work. We’re looking for LCSWs who want to focus on client care without the burden of administrative tasks. This remote position offers flexibility, a steady caseload, and a collaborative team environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits
Key Duties:
- Provide therapy to adults, couples, and families through secure virtual sessions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches, and document sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure clients receive well-rounded care.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active LCSW license in California.
- At least two years of clinical experience.
- Experience with virtual therapy platforms.
