Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician for a contract project in Pasadena, TX . This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed professional to apply their electrical expertise on a project-based assignment. The ideal candidate will have an active journeyman electrician license, a solid work history, and experience with electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a commercial or industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the duration of the contract project.
• Install, hook-up, and maintain electrical systems according to project specifications and local code requirements.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete electrical work on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise on-site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Complete necessary documentation and report project progress.

Qualifications:

• Active Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical work, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must provide own tools for the job.
• Ability to work long hours and meet project deadlines.
