Candidates must be members of the CA BAR.
Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California.
The Associate will work exclusively on a team representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related matters.
While prior warranty experience is not required, all candidates must demonstrate the following:
Trial and arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, depositions, and mediations
Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
Excellent academic credentials
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
