PSI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Commercial litigation and have a passion for advocating on behalf of our clients. This role is essential in ensuring that we provide top-tier legal services and achieve favorable outcomes in complex legal disputes. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, representing clients in court proceedings, and developing strategic litigation approaches tailored to each case. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are critical, as the attorney will engage with opposing parties and their counsel to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible. The successful candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement in our legal processes and support the firm's growth by mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff.
