LITIGATION SERVICES EDISCOVERY SOLUTIONS COUNSEL (2647) Description Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an eDiscovery Solutions Counsel – Litigation Services to join their Litigation Services team. This role involves applying advanced technical and legal eDiscovery strategies to case teams and clients throughout all stages of the discovery process. The position requires providing strategic legal analysis on general litigation procedures and eDiscovery issues, staying updated on legal and technical trends such as TAR and Generative AI, and ensuring comprehensive guidance to attorneys, clients, and staff. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison between client eDiscovery teams and case teams, training and educating team members on eDiscovery protocols, and identifying opportunities to streamline production efforts. This role is based in New York, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley, with potential for a flexible working schedule.
