Position: Live-In Nanny 
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: option to work 6 or 5 days,
Option 1: Wednesday - Monday(6days)
Option 2: Thursday - Monday (5days) 
Both options offer higher salary for the weekend hours, 
Compensation: $35 - $40/hr before taxes , they will pay through a payroll.

Overview: A warm and active family in New York, NY, is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny to support their children's needs before and after school. This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, nurturing, and can work well with another nanny who currently handles weekday responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Morning Routine:
  • Get the children up and ready for school starting at 7:00 AM.
  • Walk the children to school, which is a 10-minute walk from home.
  • Return home and manage tasks related to the children (e.g., laundry, tidying up their rooms).
• Daytime Break:
  • Enjoy a break of 4-5 hours after morning responsibilities are completed.
• Afternoon/Evening Routine:
  • Pick the children up from school around 3:00 or 4:00 PM.
  • Assist with after-school activities, including preparing snacks, supervising playtime, and helping with homework.
  • Support evening routines such as bathing and bedtime, which concludes by 8:00 PM.
• Additional Tasks:
  • Occasional schedule adjustments if needs arise.
  • Accompany the family to the Jersey Shore during the summer (a separate room will be provided).

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a nanny, especially in a live-in position.
• Ability to work collaboratively with another nanny and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing children's belongings and spaces.
• Flexibility to adapt to the family's changing needs.
• A driver’s license is a plus but not required.
