A Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) provides psychotherapy and medication management services remotely. By joining Headway, therapists can launch or grow their private practice while receiving support in insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing. The role allows for a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with clients in-person or via telehealth.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP

• LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
• LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW

• Malpractice insurance
