What You’ll Do:
• Work closely with high-producing real estate professionals to generate and convert leads.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, evaluating financial profiles and risk factors.
• Present and explain loan products, ensuring clients understand terms and benefits.
• Leverage AI Lending’s premium tools, marketing, and support to maximize loan approvals.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and fast closings .
• Stay ahead of market trends, lending regulations, and AI-driven financial tools.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through relationship-building and strategic outreach.
What We’re Looking For:
• Active NMLS License Required.
• Experience in mortgage lending, sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of loan products, credit principles, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while leveraging AI Lending’s powerful support system .
• Proficiency in CRM software and lending platforms is a plus.
• Licensed Loan Officer (as required by state and federal regulations).
