Job Description

This is a base salary plus commissions opportunity with a rapidly growing and well-established company in Greenville, SC. High six-figure earning potential with strong room for growth!

Company Overview

Our client is a leading private lender specializing in real estate investment loans. They provide financing solutions for real estate investors nationwide, offering structured training, strong leadership support, and a culture centered on sales performance and continuous development. Their loan products include Fix & Flip Loans, Rental Property Loans, New Construction Loans, Multi-Family Loans, and Portfolio Loans.

The company operates with an inside sales model, where Loan Officers manage inbound leads and follow-up existing clients. The focus is on building long-term relationships with real estate investors, working with high-volume borrowers to finance multiple deals per year.

Position Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a competitive, driven salesperson who wants to build a lucrative career in mortgage lending. The structured training, support, and lead flow ensure that those willing to put in the effort will achieve high earnings and career advancement. If you thrive in inside sales and are motivated by high earning potential, this is the perfect role for you.

The Loan Officer role is an inside sales position responsible for originating real estate investment loans. This role requires a strong sales mindset, persistence, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Loan Officers manage warm leads in the CRM and guide clients through the lending process, focusing on underwriting properties rather than borrowers—with primary borrower considerations being credit score, liquidity, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with inbound leads and existing clients to originate and close investment loans.
  • Build relationships with high-volume investors, targeting 7-10 deals per client per year.
  • Guide investors through the loan process, focusing on property-based underwriting.
  • Follow structured sales training, including script training, role-playing, and best practices to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain compliance and CRM management standards.
  • Collaborate with sales managers for coaching and development.
  • Continuously update knowledge on real estate investment trends, loan products, and industry regulations to better educate and advise clients on financing solutions.

Position Requirements

  • Sales-driven mindset with a competitive, money-motivated attitude.
  • Prior experience in mortgage lending, real estate investment, or sales preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client retention.
  • Goal-oriented and persistent.

Position Qualifications

  • Active NMLS License is required.
  • Real Estate or Mortgage Experience Required
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships
  • Must be adaptable and resilient in a sales-driven setting.
  • Must be able to clearly explain loan products, underwriting criteria, and financing options to clients.
  • Capable of managing multiple loan applications and ensuring compliance with lending policies.
