The LP (Virtual) position seeks licensed psychiatrists to provide mental health services remotely, supporting a flexible practice while addressing administrative burdens such as billing and credentialing. Through Headway, clinicians can grow their patient base with marketing support and streamlined insurance processes. The role allows psychiatrists to set their own hours and provide care via telehealth or in-person, focusing on accessible mental health solutions.

Wage: Between $139-$239 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
• A DEA or CDS number
• CAQH

Please note, at this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
