About the Role:

We are seeking a highly dependable and service-oriented Chauffeur to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine desire to exceed passenger expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, potential clients, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, pleasant, and efficient transportation experience for all passengers.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from various destinations in a timely manner.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

To be a part of the Hermes Chauffeur Team, you must:

• Be at least 25 years old.
• Have two years of passenger driving experience.
• Have an impeccable lifelong driving history
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test (including marijuana).
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and time management skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle various vehicle types, including EVs, Sedans, SUVs, and Vans and to drive safely under pressure and in adverse traffic/weather conditions.
• Adapt quickly to state-of-the-art apps and technology.
