Currently recruiting for a Fleet Maintenance Manager for a leading edge company located in the Concord area. This is a great company that has a lot to offer, is growing, and has amazing benefits and perks.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the maintenance team, which includes hiring, performance reviews, training/development, and terminations.
- Oversee maintenance operations ensuring work follows specified plans to timely completion and within budget.
- Facilitate the daily maintenance handover and report on vehicle status.
- Manage the PM program for and vehicles and equipment, ensuring records are maintained
- Provide training and support to all locations on the proper use and care of equipment
- Maintain all CVOR and company compliance
- Must be flexible to work overtime and travel

Qualifications:
- High school/diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a technical field preferred
- 310T certification *highly preferred*
- Valid DZ driver's license required with a clean driving record
- 5+ years managing fleet and shop maintenance, hydro-vac vehicles is definite asset
- Field operating knowledge, related to hydro-excavation, excavation, restoration, or any related equipment
- Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on team morale, operations and business processes
