Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team as part of the Maintenance Team in our Shippensburg location. This position will travel to multiple sites, to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Rate starting at $20 per hour depending on experience and position;
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Benefits:
Role and Responsibilities:
· Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
· Assist with turnover of apartments.
· May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
· Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
· Appliance repair.
· Customer service.
· Salt / Snow removal duties
· Rotating On-Call in Shippensburg, Chambersburg areas
· *May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
HVAC experience and certified
Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
Working cell phone.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.
