Greenspire is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician .
Greenspire has been the premier apartment community in Portage Michigan for over 45 years. Nestled between 104 acres of State Game Area, it features 880 apartment homes, community amenities and a staff that create a community to promote our promise that our residents will love living at Greenspire.

The primary focus of this position will be to perform general maintenance and repairs of Greenspire buildings, equipment and grounds.

Physical Requirements:
The work environment described here represents what the employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee works primarily outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and terrains. The job is performed with prolonged periods of walking, kneeling, bending, climbing, reaching, and twisting.
Compensation is commensurate based on experience.
