M&A PRIVATE EQUITY SENIOR ASSOCIATE

LOS ANGELES

Seeks a senior associate to join its Private Equity M&A practice as an associate (flexible to title based on experience). Successful candidates will have 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a preference for private equity-led M&A transactions. Candidates should possess the ability to lead M&A transactions from start to finish, including the drafting and negotiating of complex transaction documents.
