ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and implement recruiting plans and strategies that align with the company’s goals for the clinical division. Organize and execute recruitment campaigns, networking strategies, and maintain social media platforms. Collaborate with Clinical Intake and Coordination Team to gather information on staffing needs and requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates on all recruitment activities, i.e., CHRC checks, background checks, exclusion checks, securing pre-hire medical assessments/reports, etc. Review resumes and applications and assess candidates against job requirements. Analyze trends and projections for clinical division staffing. Anticipate future job openings to start hiring early and keep positions filled. Coordinate training schedules and all onboarding processes. Train and supervise recruiters and sources, and report on their performance. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree required. 5+ years’ experience in RN/LPN recruitment/staffing required. Proven leadership skills, experience managing a team. Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms. Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously. Professional communication and organization skills. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to problem solve. Computer literate in fiscal management and other database programs. Demonstrate trustworthiness and discrete disposition in carrying out regulatory tasks. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
