Job Title: Manual Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to operate and inspect parts on a Manual Vertical Boring Mill Machine. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the machine and performing basic maintenance tasks. Additionally, the role requires reading and interpreting blueprints to produce custom, larger-sized parts with precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect parts using a Manual Vertical Boring Mill Machine
• Set up the machine for machining operations.
• Perform basic maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal functionality.
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately machine custom parts.
• Ensure precision in machining larger-sized parts.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in manual machining techniques.
• Experience with lathe and mill operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of vertical boring mills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with precision measuring instruments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
