Job Description:
American Plastic Toys is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assemblers. As an Assembler, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality plastic toys. This position involves working on an assembly line to meet daily production goals while ensuring product quality and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble plastic toy components following detailed instructions and specifications.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and conformance to company standards.
• Operate basic tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support smooth production operations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
