Job Overview:

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day marketing activities across all our projects, assisting the executive team with various tasks related to branding, promotions, content creation, and administrative duties. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding Support:

  • Assist in creating and editing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital content.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for hotel projects, condo conversions, and brand initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update company websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies, designers, and vendors as needed.

Content & Social Media Management:

  • Assist in scheduling and posting content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a professional manner.
  • Support the creation of newsletters, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and maintain a library of marketing assets, including photos, videos, and branding materials.

Event & Promotional Activities:

  • Assist in coordinating and planning promotional events, open houses, and networking opportunities.
  • Help prepare event materials, presentations, and giveaways.
  • Support with on-site event logistics, setup, and coordination.

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing marketing materials.
  • Assist with tracking and managing marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor communications.
  • Organize and maintain company databases, project documentation, and client contact lists.
  • Support other office tasks as assigned related to company projects and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently an advanced student in a marketing-related program).
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field (internship experience is a plus).
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Experience with social media platforms, website management, and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in real estate, hospitality, or hotel development is a plus.
