The Role\t
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal to enhancing internal marketing-related interactions, providing appropriate support to the sales force, and ensuring seamless execution of trade events. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional capable of producing engaging content and managing event logistics from conception to completion.
You’ll also take a hands-on approach to digital marketing, helping to create marketing materials, short-form videos, manage web content, and support campaigns that showcase our company and our vendors.
This is a full-time on-site position. The candidate must be able to commute daily to Fort Washington.
Responsibilities \t
✓\tStrong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with each department
✓\tGraphic design, and public relations, with vendors, contractors, and freelance businesses
✓\tExcellent interpersonal skills for representing the company at trade events and product launches, product demonstrations and actively participating at trade shows
✓\tMarketing related project management experience and time-management skills for controlling your time and prioritizing urgent projects simultaneously
✓\tExcellent computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with the team
✓\tWorking knowledge of basic computer marketing and web-based software applications, towards web page design/development or graphic design (such as Canva, Adobe Acrobat and WordPress) would be beneficial
✓\tAssist in creating and editing engaging short video content for social media, events, and campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
✓\tHelp coordinate marketing materials, company newsletters, and event-related content that aligns with STEQ America’s brand standards.
✓\tSupport planning and coordination of trade shows, product launches, and customer events—from logistics to on-site participation.
✓\tCollaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements\t
✓\tBA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or business administration
✓\tSpecific industry sales experience preferred
✓ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop) or other similar software such as Canva.
✓ Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems - SalesForce preferably
✓ Understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
✓ A capable communicator and self-disciplined task driven
