Job Details
Responsibilities:
Develop brand strategies to meet business goals and increase market presence.
Lead teams to run marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
Assist in shaping digital strategies for our brands, focusing on websites, email marketing, and e-commerce.
Use consumer insights to guide marketing efforts and optimize for better results.
Monitor and adjust marketing campaigns based on performance data.
Analyze and apply POS data to support marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with PR and social media agencies to meet goals and lead key projects.
Manage brand budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and influence others.
Manage and mentor a marketing specialist.
Assist in consumer research projects and share findings with the team.
Help develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
Support agency management and tradeshow planning.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Analytical with experience in data analysis and market research.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation.
Resourceful and flexible in approach.
