Job Description
*This role is based in NYC with a hybrid/remote in-office experience. Our team works in the office 2-3 days every week and 2 months out of the year our team works from anywhere (August, 4 weeks of your choosing).**
Salary: $115K - 130K$ Salary Base + Performance Bonus + Stock Options

Position Overview
As Marketing Manager at Jones, you’ll join our Growth team-an integrated group of AEs, SDRs, and marketers working together to drive demand, win new business, and scale revenue. This is a generalist marketing role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS and AI startup environment and wants to work across the full funnel. You’ll focus on demand generation, growth marketing, and sales enablement, while also supporting conferences, events, webinars, email campaigns, and marketing collateral development.
