Who are we looking for? You are comfortable with taking the lead and driving the strategy or rolling your sleeves up with the team to do great work. You enjoy immersing yourself in the business, understanding the challenges our clients face, and using this information to construct and execute a marketing strategy. While marketing is at the core of what you know and love, you also appreciate the power of alignment with business development to achieve one common goal: getting SC&H in front of the right organizations at the right time—whether they know us already or not.
You are a great communicator with a strong attention to detail and can help translate business objectives into action through campaign development, content creation, paid, SEO, event-focused, or another form of execution.
This role will enable your intellectual curiosity and creativity to drive meaningful revenue for SC&H and its service lines, while having a lot of fun doing it.
What will you be doing? - Learning the ins and outs of SC&H’s core areas of expertise, and the ideal client profiles across our diverse portfolio of capabilities
- Developing and executing strategic marketing plans for your dedicated service lines, working in conjunction with your fellow marketers
- Lead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns that effectively position SC&H in front of our target audience, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable results
- Collaborate with service line leadership to identify marketing needs and priorities, manage relationships with internal and external partners, and optimize your service lines' web presence through ongoing content updates.
- Identifying new channels and means of producing and sharing thought leadership
- Helping to grow the SC&H brand and serving as an ambassador for the firm
What else is important to this role? - BS Degree in Marketing or another related field
- 5+ years of marketing and account strategy experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong account management skills
- Proven ability to effectively lead, communicate, and execute successful marketing strategies, informed by clear, measurable goals
- High energy with a growth mindset and curious nature
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form productive working relationships
- Experience in Google Analytics and HubSpot

SC&H Make it Rewarding. Salary & Benefits
The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000-125,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. In addition, you’ll be rewarded for your contributions to our success through a generous performance-based bonus plan.
