About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Program Manager to translate our strategic vision into seamless execution. You’ll partner directly with our Head of Marketing to ensure high-impact initiatives are brought to life across our brands — from campaign management and team coordination to KPI delivery and PR support.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Running the day-to-day marketing operations and project execution

• Tracking and reporting against defined KPIs

• Supporting national and international expansion initiatives

• Overseeing brand and message consistency across all platforms

• Collaborating across departments to ensure marketing alignment

• Managing and growing a small but mighty team of marketers and creatives

• 5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or a related field

• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred

Pay : $80k - $100k

• 8-hour shift (8am-5pm)
