Massage Therapist at ECHN summary:

A Massage Therapist administers therapeutic massage treatments based on prescribed standards and techniques, primarily at ECHN rehabilitation sites. This role requires a graduate from an accredited massage therapy school and eligibility for Connecticut licensure, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include performing various massage techniques, maintaining safety standards, and assisting in marketing efforts as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Administers therapeutic massage in accordance with prescribed standards and techniques. Provides massage therapy at ECHN rehab sites.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

Graduate of an accredited school of massage therapy.

Must hold or is eligible for Ct license and have one year progressive experience in massage therapy.

7. Assists in marketing when appropriate.

8. Ensures work area is safe and clear of obstacles.
