What You Will Do: As a Math Instructor, you will:

• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for students and families
• Provide individualized instruction using the Mathnasium Method™
• Facilitate student progress and communicate with the Center Manager and team
• Assist with center operations
• Inspire confidence and a love of math in every student

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, or hybrid sessions using the Mathnasium Method™
• Work with team members to deliver personalized instruction in a group setting
• Assess and monitor student progress and engagement
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Strong math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Requirements:

• Must take a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency
• Must provide work authorization and pass a background check

• Position: Math Instructor
• Job Type: In-Person, Part-Time
• Pay: $14.20 – $18.50 per hour
