BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Medical Data entry analyst for an opportunity in Remote - FL

Job Details:

Job Title: Medical Data entry analyst

Location: Remote - FL

Duration: 6+ months ( CONTRACT TO HIRE )

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

Job Description:

To perform provider data management tasks in accordance with plan and contract specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness through data analysis, validation, and entry.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage provider data in compliance with established plan and contract requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and entry to maintain accurate records.
• Review and verify data using internet sources, internal systems, and other applications.
• Utilize multiple systems and tools to validate and update provider information.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting discrepancies.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with at least one (1) year of experience in data entry, analysis, or customer service.
• Experience in healthcare operations, such as claims processing, billing, provider relations, contracting, provider data management, or credentialing, is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or similar tools is highly desirable.
