We are seeking a passionate Medical Director to join an exceptional team. This is a two-doctor small animal practice in St. Johns County of Florida. The facility offers comprehensive care including urgent, surgical, and dental care. Theyve recently broken ground on a renovation that will increase both their overall size and technical capabilities!

We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to practicing quality medicine while creating a collaborative and positive environment for the team and clients. The Medical Director provides medical leadership for the hospital, manages Associate Veterinarians, and assures regulatory compliance related to the practice of veterinary medicine.

Here, the staff works amazingly well together, and they enjoy each others company while at work. Veterinary medicine is stressful, and they take their jobs seriously, but they try to have fun every day. A sense of humor and excellent interpersonal skills are a must!

Compensation/Benefits: Base pay with no negative accrual, signing bonus, relocation, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, disability and life insurance, and more.
