We are seeking a Medical Practice Manager to become a part of our team! We are a private practice gynecology and gastroenterology crew seeking a new manager!

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate patient flow in the office
• Monitor and adjust provider schedules as needed
• Human resource management with front and clinical supervisors
• Oversee and maintain customer service between staff and patients
• Assist administrative staff and patients with questions about insurance benefits/coverage
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​ Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in private practice
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
