We are seeking a Medical Practice Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Oversee the Clinical and Clerical Supervisor and collaborate to ensure protocols are being met within the practice
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Maintain up to date credentialing records for all providers with multiple healthcare platforms
• Update and maintain provider schedule templates and ensure appointment slots are being filled
• Oversee training of staff and onboarding / off boarding of employees
• Dispense payroll checks biweekly
• Oversee billing and coding practices
• Provide an encouraging work environment for all staff
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with billing and coding
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Understands roles and responsibilities of supervisors and staff with ability to provide training
• Ability to fill any clerical role if needed
