Electus is on the hunt for an Board Advisor to help us navigate our rapid expansion phase and revolutionize the learning landscape! We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record of scaling edtech startups through hyper-growth in both B2C and B2B SaaS segments.

We're at a pivotal point for scale, and we're looking for someone who deeply understands the intricacies of rapidly growing an edtech startup, from user acquisition and engagement in B2B2C and implementation of our new B2C strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our strategy, optimizing our operations, and accelerating our impact as we align with UN Sustainable Development Goals like Quality Education and Reduced Inequalities.

Key experiences we're looking for:

  • Significant leadership roles in scaling B2C and B2B SaaS education technology startups .
  • Demonstrated success in rapidly scaling revenue, user bases, and organizational structures within a startup environment.
  • Deep understanding of product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, and operational excellence in edtech, especially in platforms that blend learning with practical earning opportunities.
  • A strong network within the education and tech industries, with an understanding of partnerships with educational institutions, corporate partners, government partners and nonprofits.

PLEASE NOTE: As a startup, you will be equity compensation only for the advisory role. At a certain stage, there maybe an opportunity for you to transition to an executive level position.
