What's your day like?As a new Mentor/Behavior Coach (BHT) in Casa Grande, you can expect a dynamic and engaging daily routine. Your responsibilities will include actively supporting youth by providing guidance, implementing behavior interventions, and fostering a safe, compassionate environment. You'll spend your afternoons and evenings working directly with individuals, helping them develop essential coping skills and promoting positive behavior.
