Clients participate in activities, groups, and life lessons that help them assess their internal strengths, capabilities and improve decision-making skills.

Must Haves:

  • Must meet the minimum state licensing requirement for Behavioral Health Technicians or Para Professionals
    • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience working with at-risk or behavioral health care with youth, teens, or adults
    • Valid AZ Driver's License with no restrictions

*APPLICANTS MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO COMPLETE CRIMINAL HISTORY SELF-DISCLOSURE AFFIDAVITS AND OBTAIN AN ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY (DPS) UNRESTRICTED LEVEL 1 FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD, WHICH INVOLVES A STATE AND FEDERAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.*

*All positions at NHCC are safety-sensitive, as defined in ARS 23-439. Salary:

  • $23.00 - $27.00 per hour based on education and experience in the behavioral health field
