Estimator position available, must have
XACTIMATE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE TO APPLY. Servpro of McAllen is seeking someone with structural experience and a strong knowledge of the mitigation process as well as reconstruction. Strong candidates must have experience in the
INSURANCE related Industry.
Required Qualifications: Necessary Experience and Skill Set
- Previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software a plus
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team Player
- Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Assist other departments, as needed
- Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
