GENERAL DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for assembling custom designed production forms to blueprint specifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Reads production drawings/blueprints and construct wooden forms and block outs with close tolerance to specifications
- Must have clear knowledge of basic measurements and the ability to read a tape measure within 16th of an inch
- Must be able to use a wide variety of tools, including but not limited to staple gun, brad nailer, hammer, measuring tape, pneumatic nail gun, pneumatic palm sander, and circular saws
- Maintains good housekeeping and always follows safety policies and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Performs additional duties as requested or required
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED - High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- On-the-job training offered
- Prior experience in operating heavy equipment preferred
- Precast/construction experience preferred but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Must be able to use various hand tools or controls
- Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally
- Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently
- Ability to move around for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently
WORKING CONDITIONS - Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual elements
- Moderate to high risk of safety precautions
- Moderate to high exposure to production environment
- Wet, hot, humid, and wintry conditions
- Ability to work outside year-round
