We are looking for an experienced, service-oriented, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. $75,000 - $250,000 yearly

• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
• Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters
• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business

• Work in synergy with our ISAs and real estate agents, educating them on available loan programs
• Deliver swift, competent responses to our in-house Realtor and builder referrals
• Follow up promptly on inbound leads and collaborate with our ISAs and agents on each lead
• Make full use of our company-provided CRM system, ensuring it remains updated
• Engage with applicants promptly, providing insightful, consultative mortgage options
• Review rates, costs, and program options and keep all stakeholders informed of transaction status

• Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred
• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field
• Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
• 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required

• NMLS #, Licensed loan officer
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Proven history of originating purchase loans
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator
• Willingness to use video conferencing daily
• A college degree is strongly preferred
• Proficient technical skills (Microsoft or Google Suite, experience using a CRM to manage leads, etc.)
• Live in Denver, CO
