Must be able to perform business development tasks, including managing a pipeline by generating new leads and referral business as well as maintaining relationships with existing and past clients. It is essential to maintain knowledge of all applicable lending regulations, the economy, market rates, vendors, and competitors. It is essential to obtain relevant information and evaluate the applicant's financial status, including credit history, debt-to-income, and appraisal reports to determine recommendations for loan approval.
