About the Role
TheCRM is seeking a senior level Motion Designer and Editor to lead high impact visual storytelling across our growing SaaS brand. This is not a plug and play role. We are looking for someone ready to build from scratch, bring big ideas to life, and elevate how our platform shows up across every channel.
You will work closely with our VP of Marketing and Creative Director to concept, design, and deliver a wide range of content including product sizzles, customer stories, social campaigns, internal trainings, cultural moments, and large scale event visuals. Your work will help shape how dealerships see and experience TheCRM.
We are looking for someone who is both technically excellent and conceptually sharp. Someone who knows what makes motion content resonate and can turn complex ideas into clear, story driven visuals with energy and impact.
Base salary up to 115000 per year depending on experience.

While we’re excited to consider applicants from outside the region, please note that in-person interviews are a required step in the hiring process and travel accommodations are not provided. Relocation is not required at the time of application, but the role is based onsite in Beverly Hills, so candidates should be prepared to work in person if hired.
