Job Summary:

Our Night Auditor will be responsible for total guest satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of guests' reservations, and become fully acquainted with local points of interest. If you have a passion working with guests and providing them an Experience of a Lifetime, this is the perfect position for you! 

 

Job Specifications:   

  • Housing: May Be Available

  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Hours Available

  • Other Specifics: Overnight

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Position is overnight and applicant must be willing and able to work alone.
  • Ability to self-manage assigned tasks.
  • Ability to handle all guest issues quickly and accurately.
  • Be the expert on guest billing issues and able to resolve any non zero balances quickly.
  • Applicant must have a clean driving record and be comfortable driving overnight in a snowy, high alpine environment.
  • Ability to problem solve complex problems and emergencies that arrive in properties overnight.
  • Facilitate guest check-in and check-out, and provide general information.
  • Professional appearance, excellent guest service skills, ability to multitask and strong verbal communication skills are required.
  • Candidates with prior guest service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
  • Potential for long term professional development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent - College Degree - preferred
  • Valid driver's license - required
  • MS Office proficiency - required
  • Prior front desk experience is a plus.
  • Able to communicate with guest, homeowners, and colleagues with diplomacy and tact
  • Previous knowledge of the Resort is strongly preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient on property management systems (IQware) - preferred
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required

 

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $24.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
