Job Description
Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services in Parma, OH is looking for a transportation driver to join our strong team. We are located on 5273 Broadview Rd. Parma, Ohio 44134. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Typical hours for this position:
6:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m
With every weekend and major holidays off
Responsibilities
Communicate with leadership about clients needs and/ or issues
Completing documentation accurately and in timely manner
Safely drive clients to and from work/day programs daily
High attention to detail
Must be able to multitask
Must be flexible
Must be text savvy
Great time management skills
Qualifications
~ Experience driving 12-15 passenger/ wheelchair vans preferred but willing to train
~ Must pass a 10 panel lab drug test
~ Must be able to pass a physical test upon hiring with lifting 50+ lbs
~ Must have a valid drivers license and at least liability insurance
~ CPR/FA certified (will train)
~2 points or less on driving record and no AT FAULT accidents within the last 3 years
~ Able to work/drive in all elements
