South College is conducting a search for the position of adjunct nursing faculty (instructor/assistant professor/associate professor; commensurate with experience) for the South College School of Nursing. The position will have clinical instruction responsibilities in the BSN and/or LPN program based on educational level.

• Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in the clinical settings.
• Collaborate with course faculty and works closely with program and clinical coordinators.
• Facilitate effective learning and critical thinking/reasoning during clinical while fostering a positive learning environment.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationship with clinical agencies where indicated.
• Monitor student progress with evaluations and grades care plans as assigned. Provides positive and constructive feedback if needed.
• Maintain currency in education and nursing knowledge and application through continuing education activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
• Hold an unrestricted license to practice
• Experience in secondary instruction preferred
