Ocean Export Coordinator LCL Shipments


Our client, a well-established company in the international logistics industry, is seeking an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end ocean export shipments: bookings, documentation, and tracking.

- Prepare and process B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and AES filings.

- Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, warehouses, and customs brokers.

- Ensure export compliance and monitor transit schedules.

- Enter and manage shipment data in Magaya system.

- Provide regular updates to clients and resolve any shipment issues.

???? Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean export logistics or freight forwarding.

- Hands-on experience with Magaya software (required).

- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, AES filings, and Incoterms.

- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
