Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator with strong computer skills to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using a range of software tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms, and will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling, and answering phone calls.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office or similar tools.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems and ensure records are updated and easily accessible.
  • Handle email communication, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and inventory tracking using appropriate software.
  • Provide support to staff and management as needed.
  • Order office supplies and ensure the office is organized and well-maintained.
  • Troubleshoot basic computer issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software (e.g., Google Workspace, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office environment.
  • May require occasional lifting of office supplies or equipment (up to 25 lbs).
