\n\t\t\t\t\tGenerating a qualified sales pipeline\nYou will be responsible for engaging prospective mid-market customers and identifying opportunities to introduce them to the value of our omnichannel marketing platform.\nOutbound selling motion where you may be calling out to customers already engaged on our platform and doing outreach in hopes of getting them to upgrade\nAs the first line of communication with prospects and current customers, ideal candidates have a strong understanding of the sales process, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success.\n\nOwn initial discovery conversations with prospective customers\nDissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if Mailchimp can be a strategic investment for their business' growth\nTranslate Mailchimp’s features into benefits for the customer\nOffer competitive insights as to why Mailchimp is, or is not, a good fit for each prospective customer’s needs\nMeet /exceed defined productivity and quality metrics\n\nAppointments: ~10-12/day Selling multiple products - cloud-based
\n\t\t\t\t\tAdditional Skills & Qualifications
\n\t\t\t\t\tTop 3 skills:\n(1) Outbound sales experience\n(2) pipeline management experience\n(3) ability to handle multiple software systems\n\n3+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.\nProven ability to hit or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of business acumen and a foundational understanding of marketing concepts.\nStrong drive for results and the ability to deal with ambiguity.\nExperience with CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)\n\nTech savviness and ability to maneuver through systems and adapt quickly\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce goes a really long way

The pay range for this position is $24.85 - $24.85/hr.
