Randstad is seeking Customer Service professionals for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. Perm placement becomes available after 90 days. Time off is not permitted during the temporary period so attendance is critical in order to go perm. This will be an overnight opportunity with shifts between 3pm-4am with one weekday off and one weekend day off. Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Phoenix,AZ,85027 Pay: $20/hr

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 3 PM - 4 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Customer Service; proactively seek ways to improve processes.
• Perform moderately complex customer support tasks.
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.
• Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
