Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, professional, and alert individuals to join our part-time Event Security Staff team. This is an on-call position , meaning staff will be contacted and scheduled as events are booked. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Maintain a secure and safe environment for guests and staff.
Conduct ID verification and bag checks at entry points.
Manage crowd flow and monitor guest behavior.
Assist with access control, entry/exit procedures, and line management.
Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or disturbances.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors throughout the event.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Follow all company policies, venue regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
